I don't offer theoretical consulting: I step into the company and take responsibility for it. For over thirty years I have led companies in operating roles - CEO, Chief Restructuring Officer - on behalf of owners, families, funds and investors.
I intervene where real leadership is needed: relaunching healthy companies with untapped potential, managing crises and special situations, extraordinary and corporate-finance transactions, international expansion, succession and governance.
My approach is hands-on and relationship-driven: little theory, a lot of execution. I work on a few selected mandates, with direct presence and measurable results. Sectors and markets change, but the principles that create value are the same everywhere: read the numbers and the people well, set clear objectives, and take the company where it needs to go.

Succession & governance
Guiding the handover between generations, board roles, statutory audit and strategic advisory. When needed, I also handle special situations and restructurings.
